How quickly will you confirm my booking?
We confirm most bookings within 15 minutes during opening hours. Send an enquiry outside those hours and we’ll get back to you first thing the next day.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
No. We never charge call-out fees or travel costs. The price we quote is the price you pay.
What do you need from me on the day?
Just access to your car and somewhere for us to park beside it. We’ll let you know when you book if we need access to a tap or power point.
How do I pay?
We accept contactless card payments, with EFTPOS machines in every van.
