How do I book?
You can book online, call us on 0411 559 799 or send us an email, whichever suits you best.
How quickly will you confirm my booking?
We confirm most bookings within 15 minutes during opening hours. Send an enquiry outside those hours and we’ll get back to you first thing the next day.
Can I request a call back?
Yes. Fill in your details on our contact page and one of our team will call you back within 15 to 20 minutes during opening hours.
How do I pay?
We accept contactless card payments when the job is done, with an EFTPOS machine in every van.
If I book two vehicles, can I save?
Yes. Book two vehicles together at the same location and you’ll save 10% off your total package price.
How do I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice by email so we can offer your time to another customer.
Pricing
Pricing & packages
Fixed-price packages, with no call-out fees and no surprises.
How much does car detailing cost?
Our packages start from $145 for a Mini Detail, with interior packages from $195 and full interior and exterior details from $245. Each package page shows its exact price and inclusions.
Are there extra costs for a ute or SUV?
No. We keep a flat rate across all of our packages and don’t charge extra for larger passenger vehicles like utes, SUVs and 4WDs (trucks and buses excluded).
Is steam cleaning included?
Yes. Steam cleaning is included in all of our packages, even our base packages.
What does a professional car detailing service include?
It depends on the package. An exterior detail covers a snow foam hand wash, decontamination, wheels, tyres and glass, with paint protection on the higher tiers. An interior detail covers vacuuming, steam cleaning, leather care and stain treatment. A full interior and exterior detail does both, and each package page lists exactly what is included.
Do you discount a package if my car doesn’t need every inclusion?
Every car is different, so we pack as much value as we can into each package and use the inclusions your car actually needs. If part of a package isn’t needed, for example your headlights don’t need restoring, the package price stays the same.
Do you offer a regular maintenance package?
Yes. After your first detail we offer a discounted regular maintenance package to keep your car in showroom condition. Email us to set it up.

A little preparation helps us give your car the full treatment.
What do I need to provide?
Just access to your car and somewhere for us to park beside it. We’ll let you know when you book if we need access to a tap or power point.
Do I need to remove anything before you arrive?
Yes. Please remove any personal belongings, valuables and baby seats before we arrive, so we can clean every part of the cabin.
How long does a detail take?
It depends on the package and your car’s condition. A quick exterior refresh takes about 1 to 2 hours, while our most thorough interior and exterior packages take around 5 to 6 hours. We give you a time estimate when you book.
Can you fix dents?
No. We specialise in detailing, paint correction and protection, so we can’t repair dents or panel damage. A paintless dent repair specialist is the best option for that.

Are there any call-out fees?
No. We never charge a call-out fee or travel costs on any of our packages.
Do you offer mobile car detailing?
Yes, mobile detailing is what we do. Our fully equipped vans come to your home or workplace with everything needed for the job, so you never have to drop your car off or wait around, and there are no call-out fees.
Is mobile car detailing better than a car wash?
A car wash cleans the surface. A detail goes further: it removes bonded contamination, cleans every part of the cabin and protects the paint, which keeps your car looking newer for longer. Automatic washes can also leave swirl marks that a careful hand wash avoids.
How often should I book a detail?
Most drivers book a full detail every three to six months, with a lighter interior or exterior detail in between if the car gets heavy use. Cars that live outdoors, or carry kids and pets, usually benefit from more regular care.
